Your Job:

As a Supply Chain ERP Administrator,you will be responsible to support the Supply Chain Department in managing their approved vendors and making sure that their information is up date in Microsoft Dynamics AX and that their documents are complying to the company’s internal policy when it comes to selecting vendors.  Additionally, facilitate the procurement process by linking approved vendors to certain buyer groups and inventory items. This role will interface heavily with Procurement, Warehousing, Finance, and other Divisions and colleagues. Heavy reliance on Microsoft Dynamics AX. 

Skills And Qualification:

Minimum B.Sc. Degree, preferred in MIS, Supply chain or related discipline. 

Minimum 1 – 2 years in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Vendor Management, ERP, Data Management .




بصفتك مسؤول في سلسلة التوريد، ستكون مسؤولا عن دعم قسم سلسلة التوريد في إدارة الموردين المعتمدين والتأكد من أن معلوماتهم في نظام ميكروسوفت وأن وثائقهم تمتثل للسياسة الداخلية للشركة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تسهيل عملية الشراء من خلال ربط البائعين المعتمدين مع مجموعات المشتري و المخزون. وسيتفاعل هذا الدور بشكل كبير مع المشتريات، والمخازن، والمالية. بالإضافة إلى الاعتماد الكلي على نظام ميكروسوفت الخاص بقسم سلسلة التوريد.

خبراتك ومهاراتك:

 البكالوريوس في سلسلة التوريد والخدمات اللوجستية أو أي مجال ذا صلة

 الحد الأدنى من 1-2 سنوات خبرة في سلسلة التوريد , والمشتريات, والخدمات اللوجسيته ,إدارة البائعين, وتخطيط موارد المؤسسات
