Social Media Specialist:

Brand Development:

• Implement social media strategies for SRMCC that focuses on building brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and product adoption.

Content Development:

• Collect information company-wide to; develop the content from the gathered information, place a copyright on the content, design content “graphically”, and releasing it through the appropriate channels.

Action Plan:•

Recommend actions in approaching social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr etc.) and how they can be deployed.

Regular publishing schedule:

• Present a communication plan/schedule that is content and plan specific, timely, and which boost marketing campaigns.

Engagement Strategy

• Engage employees and clients by providing a suggestion/questionnaires platform that aims to increase the audience reach.

Measure & Analyse to Establish ROI

• Measure and report engagement, and audience profile & growth (internally & externally) through the social media channels that company has.

• Safety:

• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety policies, procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety

• Others:

• Perform some other duties and responsibilities that may be required by immediate superior.

 

Your Education, experience and Skills:

Holder of  BS – Communication & Marketing / Graphics  & Interior Design

Minimum of Experience 3 years in  Social Media . 

  • Strategy planning.

  • Graphics design ( Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Understand how content works on a social web.
  • Optimizing content and technology.
  • Creative mindset.
  • Copy Writing skills (Arabic, English).
  • Be on top of the latest Social Media / digital marketing trends

For this role, you need to have outstanding presentation and communication skills. You also have an excellent capacity to develop and maintain relationships with with department.
